Monsey Lumber & Supply is the North Main Street lumber yard where Monsey builders, remodelers, and framers have been pulling material for years. The name says Monsey, but the yard sits in Spring Valley on the 306 / N Main corridor. Short hop from downtown Monsey.

Yard basics.

Do you open trade accounts?

Yes. Set one up in person with a W-9 and a credit app. Net-30 available for established contractors.

Do you deliver?

Yes, local Rockland jobsite delivery. Next-day on most orders, same-day if called in by 10 AM. Forklift offload on site.

Do you do material takeoffs?

Yes. Send blueprints or a framing list and we'll price it back. Free for trade accounts.

What are your hours?

Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 to 11:30 AM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do you stock engineered lumber?

Yes, LVL beams, I-joists, rim boards, PSL posts. Most sizes ordered in within 1 to 3 days.
